Hello Food & Wine Lovers:
Come join us Tuesday, Febuary 16th at 7pm for our always popular Monthly Wine Dinner. 6 courses and 7 wines for only $35.00 per person (plus gratuity). This month we’re featuring the wines of Domaine Drouhin and Cloudline Oregon. Chef Sean Concannon will be creating his typically inspired dishes paired with 7 outstanding wines. As always, we’ll have wine professionals on hand to pour these featured wines. 2007 Cloudline Pinot Gris, Oregon - dry, light, crisp
Basil whipped Chevre with crostini & smoked salmon

2007 Joseph Drouhin Chablis AC, Chablis, France - flinty, light, citrusy, delicate mouthfeel
Dungeness crab & bay shrimp remoulade with avocado & mango salsa and wafers

2008 Joseph Drouhin Macon Villages, Burgundy, France - richer style, riper fruit, creamier mouthfeel, opposite chard style of Chablis, balanced fruit and acidity, truly delicious for the price. Always a big hit.
2007 Domanie Drouhin Arthur Chardonnay, Dundee Hills, OR - richer style of Chard, bigger fruit and oak, but the Beaune style of chard coming from Oregon Soil
Dijon marinated chicken breast grilled, sliced & served over wilted spinach with julienne of roasted carrots, fennel & red onion

2007 Joseph Drouhin Chorey Le Beaune, Beaune, France - bright color and flavor with perfect acidity, supple and graceful round body, touch of dark berry fruit with earthy undertones.
Cumin rubbed pork tenderloin over mashed potatoes with a puddle of mission fig glaze

2007 Cloudline Pinot Noir, Oregon - light fruit, round mouthfeel, straightforward pinot
Beef tenderloin with Oregon blue cheese augratin potatoes and garlic seared green beans

2007 Domaine Drouhin Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills, OR - great complexity, true expression of Oregon Pinot, balanced fruit with a nuance of Dundee terrior, long lasting flavors and velvety mouthfeel.
